Hang Kieu in Quang Binh

Kieu Cave in Quang Binh is located about 50km west of Dong Hoi city center. To get here, visitors need to pass through Coi Da village and then continue walking about 2km to reach the foot of the mountain. Along the way, the scene of stilt houses of the indigenous Van Kieu people appears in the middle of the mountains and forests. 

The entrance to Kieu cave is quite large and sloping down, visitors will be equipped with a number of equipment to ensure safety when entering the cave. These safety devices are carried by tour guides and gatekeepers to serve tourists.

After going down to the cave entrance, visitors will encounter another large cave mouth, with two different paths to conquer Kieu cave. Occasionally, there are a number of stepped water holes in the cave. At some times when there is water, these holes have a sparkling, jade green color. 

In the cave, there are passages where visitors will encounter a large area with stalactites of diverse shapes. Every step along the journey is an unrepeatable experience. The stalactites here come in all colors and are extremely shimmering when light shines on them. In particular, there are stalactites shaped like the bust of General Vo Nguyen Giap and many other head-shaped stalactites.

In particular, this place also possesses a beautiful love tunnel, created by wind, water and giant stalactites. Legend has it that if you don't have a lover, you can come here to pray for love. This location also promises to bring visitors many lovely and memorable photos.
