Miss H'Hen Nie explores 5 famous caves in Quang Binh

As someone who loves to explore nature and wants to challenge her own limits, Miss H'Hen Nie had an expedition to explore 05 caves: Bi Mat, Hung Ton, Song, Kim and Tu Lan, part of the Tu Lan cave system in Tan Hoa commune, Minh Hoa district, Quang Binh province.

With planning from the beginning of the year and experience gained from the Son Doong Cave exploration journey in January 2020, at the end of May 2023, Miss H'Hen Nie spent four days and three nights exploring the famous caves in Quang Binh. These caves were formed along the Rao Nan River, located in the primeval forest, surrounded by limestone mountains with a total area of 650 hectares, connecting through eight valleys with underground rivers.

On the first day, from the initial gathering place, HHen Nie and her teammates crossed the river, through the primeval forest to Bi Mat cave and Hung Ton cave. The group then stopped for dinner and rested at To Mo campsite. Here, she and the members of the group were overwhelmed by the majesty of nature and experienced rowing a boat in the clear water.

On the second day, the beauty and her teammates continued to explore Song Cave. To reach Song Cave, she had to climb to the top of a high mountain and then go down into a deep cave. Inside the cave, there are fossilized coral beds of various shapes, looking like a palace, extremely unique and impressive.

On the third day, Miss H'Hen Nie continued to cross waterfalls and underground rivers to explore Kim Cave. Then, in the afternoon of the same day, she continued to swing down the rope to go down to Tu Lan Cave - the main cave that gives the whole system its name.

With bright, fluorescent, lightweight clothing, Miss H'Hen Nie can comfortably move and experience the trip. She admits that she has good physical strength due to regular exercise, and is not tired even though she has to move continuously and overcome difficult terrain. The beauty queen shared: "The trip gave me many memories, discovering a series of beautiful scenes. If you have the opportunity, you should visit Tu Lan cave system once to conquer your limits, admire the natural masterpiece, thereby loving the country more.".

Miss H'Hen Nie is currently 31 years old, she is an Ede ethnic in Dak Lak. She was crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2017, became a Vietnamese contestant to attend Miss Universe 2018 in Thailand and entered the top 5 finalists.

HHen Nie was once a coach of the first season of The Next Face Vietnam and a judge of Miss Universe Vietnam 2022. Not only that, the beauty also tried her hand at acting in the film project "578: Madman's Bullet", in theaters in 2022.
